Picking up Suzie Q

Jun. 8, 2014: We wanted to get to the bottom on the named noid Phals that Larry picked up the other day from Larry’s Orchids and Tropicals (story told in this post) so we dropped by. We got some information about them and took the opportunity to get some of the new Cymbidiums available.

Cym. Suzie Q
Cym. Suzie Q was one we knew we wanted to get since it has the name of one of our dogs, Suezzee Q.

Cym. Suzie Q internet picture(picture from Internet) It’s awesome that Cym. Suzie Q is red! Our own Suezzee Q is a cinnamon-colored pitbull.

Vanda Mary (Hardani x Charles Goodfellow)
Vanda Mary (Hardani x Charles Goodfellow). This one we decided to pick up since it was the last of the plants in the Vanda Value Bin and it looked happy.

NoID BulboNoID Bulbo. This was sitting beside the Vanda that we got. It was offered to us as a freebie since it looks like it could use some TLC. Would be interesting to find out what it turns out to be.

Orchid count: #248-251
